When Jodi Thomas issues a new book, everything stops and I read it. She never disappoints and she is brilliant. There is always a phrase I wish I had written myself and insight I keep to reflect back on. I love her attention to detail and I love going to Harmony with her every single time.
One thing I love about Jodi Thomas' writing, is that she weaves multiple characters and plots into one book. Her characters are never boring or predictable. This book had a good mix of interesting poignant awakenings within the hearts of people who have found ways to compensate for less than perfect lives. Great job!
This series never lets you down, there are many twist and turns for our friends in Harmony with some new characters bringing in happiness and some community pillars finally getting where they needed to be. Recommend to EVERYONE! But start at the beginning, you don't want to miss a day in their lives let's not even talk about years.
All of the Harmony books are great! Each one includes people from the previous books and this one is no different. The stories are a continuation of previous books, especially Regan Truman and her beau. They all are down to earth people with problems and they find solutions in the end. Ms. Thomas has several characters in each book and you learn to love them all.
As usual, I was excited to get a new "Harmony Book" for my . The people Jodi focuses on are always interesting and different. You will find her characters are expanded in each book and new characters are intertwined into her stories. You begin to feel like you belong to the town also. Of course, it is written about my area of Texas and I can identify with what I am reading. Thanks, Jodi Thomas
I have read Jodi Thomas books for years!! In fact I have read every book she has ever written!! Some more than once!! She is by far one of my favorite authors!! I recommend her to all my friends & relatives!! I also love she is from my home state, Texas, and all her books are about our great state!! If you have never read one of her books I highly recommend you read one!! After you read one you will be hooked just like I am!!
Jodi Thomas wrote another awesome novel. I love getting to know more about the people of Harmony. I feel like I'm right there with them and love each of the characters. I look forward to the next book in the series.
